In large skillet, saute 1 T. oil, onions and garlic until soft. Mix in beans, bell peppers, tomatoes and corn. Cook until heated through. Place a tortilla on a plate, sprinkle with some cheese over the tortilla. Spoon some of the bean mixture over the cheese. Top with another tortilla. Repeat until all are used.
