Rinse & drain black beans then smash them with a potato smasher (or fork). Smash up tortilla chips until finely ground and add to bowl, along with other ingredients.Divide into 4 patties. You can either cook them on the skillet in some oil, but I've found it works better to cook them on the George Foreman Grill.Serve in pita pockets, topped with avocado or guacamole.
