Here is how you make Power Breakfast:

Separate two eggs and place whites in microwave safe bowl. Add 1 cup water, dash of salt and 1/2 cup regular or old fashioned oats.Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir. Microwave another minute, stir and microwave one more minute (total of three minutes). Be sure to stir in between each cooking time or mixture will come up over sides of bowl.Let sit for a couple minutes to continue setting up. Stir in flaxseed, cinnamon and raisins.
