Here is how you make Feel Good Shrimp and Broccoli:

*Makes 1-2 ServingsIn a non stick pan, (med-high heat) heat 1 spray of pam or cooking spary. Add Your onions and garlic to heated pan. Then combine onions and garlic with 3oz of shrimp. Add a dash of salt and pepper and a dash of onion powder. You can also add some hot sause or red pepper flakes for some heat. cook until shrimp is bright orange and the tails have curled. Remove the contents and place in a bowl until broccoli is ready.In the same pan, (dont wash it) add chopped broccoli and a tsp of garlic. Cook until broccoli is tender yet crispy and bright green. Add salt and Pepper to taste. when broccoli is cooked, empty pan into a plate or platter. Pour shrimp over your broccoli and enjoy this " Feel Good Meal".
