3 tablespoons coconut oil, divided
2/3 cup homemade Tahini Sauce (recipe follows)*
3 5-oz. cans tuna drained (save some of the water in case it is needed later
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced (about a cup or a little more)
1/4 cup slivered almonds

*TAHINI SAUCE RECIPE
In a blender combine:
1/2 cup Tahini
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil or cold pressed sunflower oil
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Blend until smooth. Use 2/3 cup for this recipe and store the remainder in the refrigerator for other uses.

Preheat oven to 350.Slice 4 cups of raw cabbage. Put 2 tablespoons of coconut oil into skillet and saute the cabbage over medium heat. Cover and let steam in its own juices part of the time. Cook until tender, maybe 10 or 15 minutes.Meanwhile make the Tahini sauce.When cabbage is done, put it in a mixing bowl. Dice the green pepper and saute in the remaining tablespoon of coconut oil and cook until tender (just a few minutes). Add the green pepper to the bowl with the cabbageDrain the tuna, reserving some of the tuna water. Add the tuna to the bowl with the vegetables. Add 2/3 cup of the Tahini sauce, and stir well. If you would like a little more liquid in the casserole, stir in a little of the tuna water.Spray a 6-cup casserole dish with non-stick spray. Spoon in the casserole mixture and top it with the 1/4 cup of slivered almonds.
