Here is how you make Grilled Tuna and Cheese Sandwich:

Heat griddle to medium low. Lightly butter three pieces of bread and place them on the griddle. Top with drained tuna and a slice of cheese. Lightly butter the remaining pieces of bread and place them on top of the cheese on the sandwiches that are grilling. Turn over when the bottom slice is well toasted. Grill the second side until nicely browned and serve.
