2 tbsp cornstarch
14 oz Halibut, cubed
1/2 c white wine (optional)

Saute onions, mushrooms, peppers and celery in butter until tender. Add lemon juice, broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Blend together cornstarch and water and add to mixture. Add fish and wine. Cover and simmer just until fish flakes easily.
