In a dutch oven cook bacon crispy, remove and drain most of bacon grease. Add chopped onions and cubed potatoes, cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add water to cover potato mixture. Cook for approx 20-30 minutes until potatoes are almost soft. Place pollock on top of potatoes - then add cream corn on top of fish. Cook for 10 -15 minutes, until fish is done. Stir.
