Variation1: Ok with soymayo instead of poppyseed dressing. Add lemon juice.Variation2: Also ok with plain yogurt flavored with dill.Variation3: Ok without seafood. Added scallions.Steam salmon (or leftover). Set aside to cool. Flake when cooled.Dice into 1/4" cubes english-type cucumber with peel. Combine remaining ingredients for the dressing.
