1 Green Bell Pepper - chopped
1 Red bell Pepper - chopped
1 Yellow Bell Pepper - chopped
1 yellow onion - chopped
4 tsp garlic - minced
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Better than Bouillon chicken base
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp Parsley flakes
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1.4 lbs fresh white fish - I used sole for this recipe, but I've also used Cod and Tillapia.

Saut? peppers, onion and garlic in butter.Add canned tomatoes (undrained), Tabasco, bouillon and parsley flakes.
