6 (4-ounce) Salmon fillets
2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 (4-ounce) packages crumbled reduced fat feta cheese

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, and saute' 2 minutes. add tomatoes and next 6 ingredients to skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.2. Pour remaining oil into a 15X10 inch jelly-roll pan, and tilt to coat bottom. Place fish fillets in a single layer on pan. Pour tomato mixture over fish. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Drizzle with white wine.
