Here is how you make Smoked Fish Saut:

Cook 8 bacon strips over medium heat in a non-stick frying pan.While bacon is cooking, chop garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Remove bacon from pan when about half done; leave drippings in pan, and saut?e chopped vegetables. Add olive oil if necessary to provide enough fat. While veggies are cooking, chop cod and bacon into 2 inch pieces.After 5 minutes, add cod and bacon, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix and cover.
