Rinse fish fillet. Place them in a ceramic plate. Clean ginger root by brushing off sand under the faucet and shred them finely. Line ginger roots shreds on top of fish fillets. Sprinkle a dash of pepper and followed by a dash of salt. Add in just a dash of vegetable oil. Add in the Michiu distilled spirit of rice which is a Chinese cooking wine.
