Here is how you make Grilled Mahimahi with Pineapple:

Combine Splenda, minced onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, pineapple juice, and soy sauce. Place fillets in a large, shallow dish and pour half of juice mixture over the top. Marinate up to 2 hours, turning occasionally.Heat grill pan and coat with cooking spray. Grill pineapple slices about 3 minutes per side to heat through with golden grill marks. Spray pan again, and grill fish fillets about 5 minutes per side or until it flakes easily with a fork.Meanwhile, add corn starch into remaining liquid.
