15 oz low fat ricotta
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
8 oz mozzarella, part skim, shredded

24 oz jar favorite spaghetti sauce (I use Prego Traditional)

Here is how you make "Crab" Lasagna Rollups:

Preheat oven to 375. Mix ricotta, eggs, cheeses, and crab until well blended. Pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of greased 9"x13" pan. Lay out one noodle, place 1/12 crab mixture at short end and roll up noodle. Place seam down in pan. Repeat for remaining noodles. Pour rest of sauce over, sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
