Here is how you make Fish Loaf or Burger Patties:

Turn oven to 350 degrees. Drain tuna and salmon and put drained fish in a mixing bowl. Break eggs into a small bowl, whisk with fork until blended. Put bread chunks in a food processor and crumble (or use dry old-fashioned oatmeal). Add celery and onions and mix with a fork until combined.Turn mixture into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with a cooking spray. Smooth out top and spread mayonnaise over the top. Bake 35 minutes or until it looks done.Alternative: Make 8 patties from the fish mixture. Spray a large cookie sheet and put patties on the sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until they look a little browned.
