1 large free range egg (62 grams)
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon freeze dried chives
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
1 teaspoon finely ground fresh ginger root
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 oat bran
1/3 rolled oats (not instant, not steel cut)
1 tablespoon whole psyllium

Assemble ingredients. Per-heat oven to 350. Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well (I use a fork). Put in a baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray; I use Western Family Canola oil in a 1 quart Corning Ware casserole dish.Bake at 350 with the lid on for 20 minutes, then remove lid and cook for remaining 15 minutes.Makes 4 servings.
