3 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. all purpose flour

8 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. dried oregano

Topping:
4 c. pizza cheese (Cheddar/mozzarella mix)
1 c. onion slices
1 c. chopped green pepper

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients and knead with dough hook on mixer. Cover bowl with damp towel and allow to rest 30 minutes. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 2 10" pizza pans and divide dough equally in half. Stretch half on each pan, spread with sauce, and sprinkle 2 cups cheese on each pizza.
