How Do I Make Quiche without Guilt?

Here is how you make Quiche without Guilt:

Saute zucchini, onions and mushrooms in a pan that is sprayed with non-stick spray. Saute until tender. Set aside to cool. Mix together milk, sour cream, egg substitute and bisquick mix. Gently fold in crumbled feta cheese. Spray a pie dish with non-stick spray then add cooled sauted vegetables. Pour egg mixture over vegetables and mix gently. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for approximatley 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes 4 servings and is great for any meal.
