Here is how you make Ryan's Curry quinoa #1:

Stir together oil, honey, dijion, curry powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Use half of this mixture to coat the top of the talapia fillets. Bake talapia in oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 mins. While this is cooking, cook the quinoa in a small pot on the stove. Dice veggies and sautee in a pan. When veggies are almost done add the remaining curry powder mixture and stir to coat veggies.
