3 Tbl Real Mayo or Reduced Fat Mayo
1 Tbl Horseradish Sauce
Dash Red Wine Vinegar
12 leaves Romain Lettuce
1/4 - 1/2 C Shredded Cheese

Here is how you make Quickie Imitation Crab Salad:

Chop crab meat, onions, peppers, and olives. Put in large bowl, sprinkle with celery seed and gr ginger root and dash of Red Wine Vinegar (optional). Add Mayo and Horseradish sauce. Stir til coated. Refridgerate until needed. Put 3 leaves on 4 plates top with 1/2 cup Crab mixture. Sprinkle with about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese on each.
