1 Large green pepper
1 package (2.5 servings) Imitation lobster
1 package (2.5 servings) imitation crab
3 tbsp garlic powder (can use minced garlic as well..)
2 cups Whole Wheat Rigatoni
1 bottle Light ranch dressing
1 tbsp black pepper


How Do I Make Seafood Salad?

Here is how you make Seafood Salad:

**Cook your noodles while you're preparing everything else to cut down on prep time. Boil your water, cook noodles. Start chopping the green pepper, then put it into a large bowl with the imitation crab, imitation lobster, bottle of light ranch dressing, garlic powder, pepper, and mix it all together. After your noodles are done, drain,rinse with cold water, and add them to your mixture in the bowl. Then mix all of the ingredients together. Allow the salad to chill, and approximately 1 cup is the serving ratio that I used. My batch had 12 (almost 13) servings total.
