3 TBSP fresh dill chopped

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice and zest from lemon

Cook quinoa. Mix tomates and mayonaise. Add onion, capers, dill, parsley lemon juice and zest to tomato mix. Stir in cooked quinoa. This will be a bit soupy, but we liked it this way. You could drain the tomatoes, and add however much liquid you prefer. In season, you could also use fresh chopped tomatoes in place of canned. This would lower your sodium content.
