1 cup of pickle (more or less depending on your taste)
4 Tbsp of Light Mayo or mircle whip (this is also something you can change depending upon what you like)

Here is how you make My Basic Tuna Salad:

Open your can(s) of tuna, use a fork to help flake it as you take out of the can and place it into a bowl. Take one large pickle and dice it (Usually one large pickle is plenty) onto the tuna. Take your onion and dice it and place it onto the tuna and pickle in the bowl. Then using a spoon remove 4 tablespoons of mayo and place it into the bowl with the mixture.
