* 1 Cup chopped lettuce
* 4 Tbsp of mirical whip ( or fat free mayo)
* 2 Tbsp of Dijon mustard (or any brown mustard)
* 1/2 Cup Onions chopped fine ( any you want)
* Whole wheat pita cut in half (or whole wheat tortila)


How Do I Make Tuna Salad Pita?

Here is how you make Tuna Salad Pita:

Open and drain can of tuna, put 4 Tbsp of Mirical whip in bowl and 2 Tbsp of mustard of your choice. ( I like Dijon it gives it a nice kick) Mix the tuna together like you would normally.put in a bowl big enough to mix all ingredients except pita or wrap. Chop lettuce and put in bowl, chop onion and put in bowl, Mix everything together until lettuce and onion are mixed in well.The Tuna salad makes 2 servings, cut a pita in half and stuff with filling. Serve with 8 oz glass of your favorite flavor of Crystal light (only 5 cal a serving) and some baked chips or crackers ( I use the 100 cal packs) ** With Pita, Crystal light and Baked chips your lunch will only be 329.6 calories !!!!
