Here is how you make Artichoke Asparagus Salmon:

Pre-cook your artichoke in a crockpot with the garlic and basil on high for two hours or until tender. Once done, drain all but 1/4 cup of the water, and then blend it all to form a chunky paste. I just use a fork to mash it a bit, but still keep the big bits in. Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the salmon into 1 inch cubes and place in a baking dish sprayed with Pam. Drizzle salmon with lemon juice and season with garlic powder and pepper if desired (gives a great taste). Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Do not let the salmon overcook. Remove immediately from the oven and keep warm. 2 While the salmon is cooking, add the pasta to a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cut the asparagus into 1 inch pieces. Add the asparagus to the boiling water during the last three to five minutes of cooking. Drain and put in a large serving bowl. 3. Mix the artichoke paste with the asparagus and penne pasta and pour the sauce over the pasta mixture. Mix lightly to coat everything. Add the salmon cubes to the top of the pasta.
