Add salmon and immitation crabmeat. Mix together and add parsley, Old Bay, salt and pepper to taste. Beat 2 eggs and add to mixture. Stir and add in 1/4 cup yellow corn meal. Form into 8 patties. Place in well-oiled fry pan and cook til golden brown on both sides. About 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!
