2 packages of chicken of the sea immitation crab (3.53 oz)
2 slices finely chopped onion
2 stalks finely chopped celery
1/4 cup yellow corn meal
2 eggs, beaten
parsley
Old Bay
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil


How Do I Make Salmon/Crab Cakes?

Here is how you make Salmon/Crab Cakes:

Finely chop onion and celery. Add salmon and immitation crabmeat. Mix together and add parsley, Old Bay, salt and pepper to taste. Beat 2 eggs and add to mixture. Stir and add in 1/4 cup yellow corn meal. Form into 8 patties. Place in well-oiled fry pan and cook til golden brown on both sides. About 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!
