Spread whipped cream cheese on the tortilla. Sprinkle with chopped red onion. Add flaked grilled salmon and top with spinach. Fold the tortilla around the filling and enjoy. I usually chop extra red onion and fold into a container of whipped sour cream to keep on hand. This can also be made with canned salmon but I prefer the taste of grilled.
