Mix Milk and corn starch in medium saucepan until smooth,add salt,pepper and paprika,stir over medium heat until it boils then remove from heat. Stir in lemon,bread crumbs and salmon. Beat egg whites in a small bowl until stiff,fold into salmon mixture.
