Here is how you make Margarita Salmon:

Preheat grill. Wash and pat dry salmon. Lightly coat salmon with olive oil and lightly season with salt. Grill salmon for 4-6 minutes (skin side down), flip and grill an additional 4-6 minutes. While salmon is grilling combine lemon, lime and orange juice in skillet and slowly heat. Add tequila and cook for 1 -2 minutes. Turn off heat.Remove salmon from grill. Place in skillet and let sit in mixture for 30 seconds. Flip and let sit an additional 30 seconds.
