Here is how you make Poached Teriyaki Salmon:

Pour orange juice and Teriyaki sauce in a large skillet and bring to a boil.Add salmon fillets and place 2 slices of orange on top of each fillet. Return to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover the skillet and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Remove fillets and orange slices. Strain the sauce and return 3/4 of a cup to the pan.
