Heat oil in 12-inch skillet. Add garlic then tomatoes wine, 1 T. parsley, other seasonings. Cook over medium high heat until sauce is the thickness of a light puree. Add the shrimp and continue to cook until they turn pink, about 5 minutes. Add the feta, stirring gently so it doesn't crumble, then the remaining parsley. Serve with garlic bread.
