1/2 c. diced bell pepper

1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
12 oz. cooked crawfish tail meat
14 oz. chopped cooked shrimp (can substitute lump crabmeat)
1/8 c. cornstarch

Here is how you make Slow Cooker Crawfish Gumbo:

Place all items up to and including the tomatoes into a large crock pot set on high. Cover and cook for 4 hours. Add crawfish and shrimp and cook for another 30-45 minutes. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to gumbo to thicken.
