Heat olive oil in deep saucepan over medium heat. Sautee garlic, onion and anchovies for 5 minutes or so. Add stewed tomatoes and dry white wine. Mix well, breaking up the tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.Add broccoli. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Then lower heat and cover. Simmer 5-7 minutes. Add soup and broth. Increase heat. Bring to boil. Add pasta.
