Preheat oven to 350. In a medium skillet heat the olive oil. Add the chopped onion, garlic and basil. When the onion starts to soften add the chopped spinach. Saute until the spinach has wilted and the water is cooked out. Add the beaten eggs. Cook on the stove top until the eggs start to thicken. Add the feta and mix well.
