Here is how you make Tilapia Floridian:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange tilapia fillets in a baking dish. (I prefer to use a large square glass cake pan). Cover with orange juice. Divide old bay,sea salt, pepper, and rosemary over fillets. Bake in oven for approximately 15 minutes. Broil fish for remaining 5 minutes for a crispy finish. (Note: cooking times may vary depending on thickness of tilapia fillets.
