Here is how you make Saag Tofu:

Heat 2 tsp of canola oil on medium-high heat in large skillet. Cook cubed tofu; brown on all sides. Transfer to plate and cover to keep warm. Add remaining 2 tsp of canola oil to pan. Cook onion in pan until translucent. Add ground mustard and cumin, stirring frequently , cooking until fragrant, about 3 min. Add fresh spinach to pan, cook until soft. Return tofu to pan.
