1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
3/4 tsp Salt

1 1/2 cup Bulgur, dry

2-3 tsp Honey


How Do I Make Tomato Bulgur Dish?

Here is how you make Tomato Bulgur Dish:

Heat olive oil in large, deep skillet. Add cherry tomatoes, and saute over high heat for 5 min. Stir in dried tomatoes and 3/4 tsp salt. Continue cooking over high heat for about 2-3 min longer. The tomatoes may begin to pop open from the heat. Turn down heat. Add the garlic and bulgur and saute over medium-low heat for 2 min. Stir in water, bring to boil, then simmer covered for 35 min until bulgur is tender. Transfer to bowl and fluff with a fork. Add red pepper flakes, lemon juice, honey and black pepper to taste.
