Here is how you make Ping Pong Tuna Patties:

Crumb tuna with fork. Add onion, chives and seasonings. In separate bowl beat egg then add to the tuna mixture. Add bread crumbs until it comes to a pasty consistency. Separate into 4 ping-pong sized balls Heat 1 tsp of olive oil, or coconut oil in skillet and saute patties until golden brown.
