Carrots, raw, 60 grams, grated

Here is how you make Tuna with a Twist:

1. Saute the onions and peppers in the olive oil till cooked.2. Add the chutney, balsamic vinegar and spices and cook for 2 mminutes3. Add the grated carrots, tuna and water and simmer for 20 minutes or untill the carrots are cooked.4. Mix the flour, baking soda in a bit of water till a paste form.
