Boil 3 eggs. Cool peel and coarsely chop. Add the tuna (drained), onion, pickle relish and mayonnaise. Gently mix then chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Strip the first couple of outer leaves from a head of iceburg lettuce. Serve each person approximately 1/2 cup of the tuna salad on a lettuce leaf.
