1 large Onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 stalks of celery
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
5 links (1pkg) jenni-o turkey store lean italian turkey sausage
1 tbs chili powder
2tsp dried thyme
.5 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups of uncooked brown rice
4 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cups water
12oz large raw peeled deveined shrimp

Here is how you make Turkey Sausage, Shrimp and Brown Rice Jambalaya:

heat large pot to med high and add oil, dice and cook onion, garlic, celery, and peppers until onion is translucent (5 mins). add sausage, chili powder, cayenne and thyme and mix well. then add tomatoes, broth, water and rice and stir. heat to a simmer then turn to med low and cook about 45 mins until most of the liquid is absorbed. just before serving, add shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink, about 3 mins for fresh and 6 for frozen.
