Heat 1/4 to 1/2" of canola oil in a large skillet. Fry pork chops until cooked through. Remove pork chops and grease from pan (but do not wash out). Let pan cool (if in a rush - throw in 1/8" cup milk to cool) then add cream of mushroom soups, ketchup, and both sauces.
