2 cup elbow macaroni noodles
15 ounce can Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, chopped
1/4 tsp Chili powder
15 ounce can Corn, drained
6 ounce can Tomato Juice - LOW SODIUM
2 (10.5 ounce) cans Vegetable soup
1/4 tsp Pepper, black
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 green bell pepper, chopped


How Do I Make Vegetable Goulash?

Here is how you make Vegetable Goulash:

Add ground beef to dutch oven or stock pot. Brown ground beef and drain grease. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender. Season with Italian seasoning, chili powder and black pepper. Combine soup, tomato juice, tomato sauce, and corn. Stir well and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve in bowls and sprinkle crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs on top (optional).If you don't want all the sodium by using the soups, substitute with a (15 ounce) can of mix vegetables.
