Fill pot with 6 cups of water, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and saffron. Bring to rolling boil, simmer for 10 mins, Lower heat, and add black tea bags. Allow to steep for 5 mins. Remove tea bags, cinnamon stick. (cinnamon is reuseable...dry it out and pop it in the fridge for the next use). Add soymilk or whole milk until colour is similar to a vanilla latte.Add splenda to taste. Enjoy hot or over ice. Should make 6 ~1-cup servings.
