In a skillet, melt butter and add onion, peppers and garlic and saute. Add spices and mix well, then add chicken and coat pieces well in sauted mixture. Cook chicken until done. Add crushed tomatoes and sugar. Add salt to taste, then add yogurt. Add mixed veggies and simmer until throughly hot.
