How Do I Make Chickpea Masala?

Here is how you make Chickpea Masala:

Cut onion and peppers into strips and saute in the olive oil. Add in the garlic towards the end to avoid burning. Cook until they reach your desired bite. Add in the can of tomato and chickpeas (drained) and the garam masala and allow to simmer for about 15m. Add in the broth as needed towards the end if liquid is needed.
