Here is how you make Moroccan Fish:

Heal oil in skillet and saute garlic, onion and bell pepper until tender (about 7 minutes). Stir in tomatoes, Cumin, Paprika, salt, pepper and chicken broth blending well.Lay talapia on top of mixture in pan and then gently spoon mixture over the top of fish to cover. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until fish is cook through and tender (about 5 minutes). Gently stir in Sesame Oil and Lemon Juice. Serve with Couscous or Bulgar.
