2 16oz cans Chickpeas
4 - 6 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice


How Do I Make Hummus?

Here is how you make Hummus:

Drain and dry Chickpeas, reserving liquid. Mince garlic in food processor, add peas and mince, scraping down sides as needed. Add salt, Tahini and lemon juice, mix and taste. Add enough of the reserved liquid to make a thick creamy consistency. Garnish w/ cayenne pepper.
