2 1/2 tablespoons ghee
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cloves
4 lightly crushed cardamom pods
2 bunches spinach, chopped somewhat finely
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 cup 1% milk
2/3-1/2 package sprouted firm tofu



How Do I Make Palak Tofu?

Here is how you make Palak Tofu:

Heat the ghee in the pan and add garlic, onion, ginger and all the spices. Saut? for about 3 minutes, then add chopped spinach, honey and milk. Saut? for another 5-7 minutes, to let the liquid reduce a bit. Add tofu cubes and heat through. Serving Size:?Makes 4 small almost 1-cup servings.
